Community Manager:
Promotion Requirements: Total number of Level 1 and 2 members who subscribe as Environmental Consultant Level R2 or above reaches 30 people.

Position Benefits:
Monthly Salary: IDR 2,400,000 (paid every 15 days)
Team Performance Bonus: 2% (calculated from team performance for 30 days starting from the day after promotion)
Commission:
Level 1: 9%
Level 2: 5%
Level 3: 1% (subscription invitation commission + daily task commission)
Team Addition Bonus: Additional 15 Consultants Level R1 or above every week, bonus IDR 250,000 (given every week)
Free Luxury Clothing: Receive luxury clothing from EcoMamoni.
Community Manager Weekly Evaluation Tasks:
Team Addition: Additional 15 Environmental Consultants Level R1 or above every week, or train 1 subordinate (Level 1 or 2) to become a Community Manager.
Community Cleanup Activity: Lead team members or environmentalists in a community cleanup activity every week, with 10-15 people participating, conveying the importance of the environment to the community, and representing EcoMamoni in contributing to the community. (You can contact your customer service manager to apply for activity funds once every week)
Team Leader Bonus:
Train one team member to become a Community Head, you will get a bonus of IDR 140,000. Train one team member to become a Community Manager, you will get a bonus of IDR 340,000.

Note:
If you do not complete the Community Manager weekly evaluation task for two consecutive weeks, all Community Manager position benefits will be suspended until the evaluation task is completed and contact the special customer service manager to restore the position benefits.
