Senior Community Manager:
Promotion Requirements: The total number of Tier 1, 2, and 3 members who subscribe as R2 Level Environmental Consultants or above reaches 100 people.
Position Benefits:
Monthly Salary: IDR 6,000,000 (paid every 15 days)
Team Performance Bonus: 4% (calculated from team performance for 30 days starting from the day after promotion)
Commission:
Level 1: 11%
Level 2: 6%
Level 3: 2% (subscription invitation commission + daily task commission)
Team Addition Bonus: Additional 50 R1 Level Consultants or above every week, bonus IDR 1,000,000 (given every week)

Senior Community Manager Weekly Evaluation Task:
Team Addition: Add 50 Environmental Consultants Level R1 or above every week, or train 4 subordinates (Level 1 or 2) to become Community Managers.
Community Cleanup Activity: Lead team members or environmentalists in community cleanup activities every week, with 50-80 people participating, convey the importance of the environment to the community, and represent EcoMamoni in contributing to the community. (You can contact your customer service manager to apply for activity funds once every week)
Team Leader Bonus:
Train one team member to become a Community Head, you will get a bonus of IDR 140,000. Train one team member to become a Community Manager, you will get a bonus of IDR 340,000. Train one team member to become a Senior Community Manager, you will get a bonus of IDR 3,000,000.
Note:
If you do not complete the Senior Community Manager weekly evaluation task for two consecutive weeks, all benefits of the Senior Community Manager position will be suspended until the evaluation task is completed and contact the special customer service manager to restore the benefits of the position.
